We are
located in the Eastern Time Zone. General hours of operation are
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We have a long
history of flexibility, and if you need us at any other time or day,
we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Our
e-mail is accessible from anywhere in the world, and our voice mail
follow us all over the United States. However, when at a
customer site, they are our primary focus, and we rarely check e-mails
and voice messages when we're out. As such, we might not be able
to answer your call or e-mail until the next day, but rest assured
that you will hear from us as soon as possible. We know that
you'd want the same attention and respect when we're at your site that
we give to our other clients when we're at their site.
When
helping several clients at once, if we need to shift priorities, we
will tell you why. There may be times when we need to place your
needs high on the priority list, and other times when we'll ask you if
we can help another client with an emergency. Overall, since
1996, just being fair and honest, we've never failed to deliver on
time for any client.
All
clients must sign and return our letter
of agreement which creates the business relationship between our
two companies. Further documents, such as a project scope of
work, are separate and will be created as appropriate.
